Terms & Conditions

Application of Terms – These terms apply to all orders placed with Master Curtains and
Blinds unless otherwise agreed to in writing. We reserve the right to modify these terms
without notice, and the altered terms will apply to all orders. Tamaki Jewellery and the Purchaser agree that the proper law of the contract shall be that of the State of Queensland, and the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of that State.

Marketing

1. All quotations are valid for 14 days.
2. Prices are approximate and will be confirmed post the completion of a site measure.
3. Acceptance of Orders – An initial payment of 40% of the invoiced price for the
   goods is required at the time of the Customer’s order. This includes a 20% nonrefundable
   security deposit and a 20% part payment. Once the initial payment is
   received, processing of the Customer’s order begins.
4. Variations – Any changes to an order must be communicated in writing by the
   Customer. Costs of such variations remain the responsibility of the Customer. Gryphone’s Room and Blinds may accept or reject such requests at its discretion.
5. Cancellation of Orders – No order may be canceled or varied without prior written
   consent from Gryphone’s Room. If a Customer cancels or alters any order
   after Gryphone’s Room has received it, charges may apply for goods,
   materials and labor already acquired or expended.
6. Delivery – Delivery times vary, typically ranging from 1-2 weeks for most items and
   up to 6-12 weeks for others from the date of the deposit on the order. Lead times will
   be advised at the time of order. Any specified delivery date is an estimate, and Master
   Curtains and Blinds assumes no liability for delays.

Your Privacy

1. We are committed to protecting your privacy at Gryphone’s Room. Once an order is placed with an image attached, the image will be stored on a 3rd party platform until the image is printed and dispatched with your locket. 
2. Your image will then be securely deleted from our systems, with only one copy being stored with your order details and protected by encryption on our E-commerce Platform. Your image will not be used for any other purposes without your explicit consent. For more information, please see our privacy policy here.
